Request to restore IAM permissions / Tier 3 quota after accidental project removal

Hello Google AI Studio Support Team,

I accidentally removed my AI Studio project linked to my Student AI Plus subscription, which had Tier 3 access enabled via the billing account Hardware -> Language Applications -> AIDA (ID: 014BB7-734838-D1BD..).

After re-importing the project gleaming-continuum-tcf5x, I no longer have IAM administrative permissions on it (AUTH_PERMISSION_DENIED when creating API keys or enabling services via Cloud Shell). Additionally, I cannot attach the AIDA billing account to new projects due to missing Billing Admin roles.

Hi @fromeroe , The Google AI student subscription does not provide Google Cloud developer billing or Gemini API quota. The page specifically says, The free of charge Google AI Plus student plan includes 2× higher usage limits, 400 GB of cloud storage, access to Gemini Omni, plus unlimited uploads for Study Notebooks, Visuals and Live. It is majorly for UI usage not developer/ API usage.
