Hello Google AI team,

I have a Google-managed AI Studio backend project lingering in my Google Cloud Console that I am unable to delete.

Project ID: ninth-theorem-k4xv4

Linked Billing Account: Labs → Language Applications → AIDA

Because the owner permissions and billing are managed entirely by Google, I do not have the resourcemanager.projects.delete permission required to clear it from my account resources.

Could you please manually detach or delete this project from my account?

Thank you

Hello @yizi ,

Google AI Studio starter projects do not count against your personal Google Cloud project creation quota and do not incur any charges. Because this project was provisioned under a Google-managed folder hierarchy, project deletion permissions are restricted to the managing system. Leaving an unused starter project in place is completely safe and does not consume your personal project quota slots.

To help us assist you, could you clarify if having this project listed is causing a specific blocker in your workflow? If your main concern was quota limits or unexpected costs, you can safely leave the project as-is.
