Sanatan Stories is a feature-rich spiritual app, integrating over 10 functionalities, such as generating podcasts, summarizing Satsangs, and engaging in AI-powered conversations. Given the complexity and breadth of these features, it’s challenging to adequately demonstrate them within the 3-minute limit. We seek flexibility to ensure a thorough presentation that highlights the full value of our project.
I tried my best and still it goes at least for 6 min i have this all features to explain all of them are different so little bit explanations need for all any suggestion would be appreciated.

Watched the video and think it can be shortened. Since this is your first time making a video I understand the urge to include so much. Just narrow it down to Gemini powered features and then a basic summary of what the app does.
I would recommend writing a script that highlights all the important features you want to highlight then doing a voiceover with the script. Then edit the video to fit the script.
You don’t have to show all the features, just show the most attractive or useful in your opinion.
Most people are in the same position as you.
I think Google made the 3min video a requirement as part of the challenge.
Btw, in the rules it says your video can be longer than 3min, but they will only watch the first 3.
Videos under 30secs get disqualified.
but you can definitely shorten it.
