Title: Request for Suspension Status Verification – First Violation / Long-Standing 403 TOS_VIOLATION
Hello Antigravity Support Team,
My account has remained suspended with a 403 TOS_VIOLATION error for several months.
I have already submitted the official appeal form multiple times and have also requested manual review, but access has not been restored.
This was my first suspension, and I have never previously been suspended and reinstated for an Antigravity, Gemini CLI, or Gemini Code Assist Terms of Service violation.
At this point, rather than submitting another appeal, I would like to request clarification of the current status of my account.
Could the review team please verify the following:
-
Is my account currently recorded as a first violation, or has it been recorded as a second/repeated violation?
-
Has my account been classified as a permanent suspension?
-
Has my appeal actually been reviewed by the Ban Appeal review team, or is it still pending/in the review queue?
-
If the appeal has already been reviewed, was reinstatement denied, and is that decision considered final?
-
If my account is still categorized as a first violation, could you please check whether the automatic reinstatement/synchronization process failed for my account?
I have already removed all third-party tools that used Antigravity/Gemini product OAuth and revoked the associated permissions.
I am not requesting repeated escalation without cause. I am simply trying to determine the actual status of my account after several months without reinstatement.
Thank you for checking the account status and providing clarification.
