# Request for review — Gemini API Free Tier unavailable for Nexa Atende AI

Hello Google AI team,

I am developing a small SaaS application called Nexa Atende AI. My Google AI Studio project shows “Restricted” and “Free tier unavailable”. The Gemini API is enabled, and I have an API key restricted to that API. There is no billing account attached.

I have confirmed that Google Account age verification requires no action, added a recovery phone, and enabled two-step verification, but the restriction remains.

Could you explain the cause of this restriction, whether the project can be reviewed for eligibility for Gemini API Free Tier without paid billing, and how to request such a review?
