I would like to request a manual review of my Gemini API project.
Google AI Studio currently shows:

Billing tier: Unavailable

Billing has not been enabled
-
Payment information has not been added
When I make a Gemini API request from Google Apps Script, I receive:
HTTP 403 PERMISSION_DENIED
“Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.”
I have already completed the following:

My Google Account has a date of birth registered.

My phone number is verified.

2-Step Verification is enabled.

The API key was created in Google AI Studio.

Google Apps Script can successfully access my Gmail account.
My intended use is a personal project to analyze my own Gmail messages and identify required actions and deadlines.
I would like to use the available free tier and do not want to enable paid billing.
Could you please review the access/security status of this project and let me know whether an account or project restriction is preventing Gemini API access?
