I am requesting a manual review of Gemini API access for my Google Cloud project.
Project name: SellerAI
Project ID: sellerai-50811..
Region: Italy
Intended tier: Free Tier
Every generateContent request returns:
403 PERMISSION_DENIED
Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.
Google AI Studio shows:
Billing Tier: Unavailable
I have already completed:
- Age verification
- Phone verification
- 2-Step Verification
- Personal Google account
- Google Cloud project created and imported into AI Studio
- New Gemini API key created
I also verified the API key configuration in Google Cloud Console:
- The API key is active
- It is explicitly restricted to Gemini API
- It is shown as bound to a service account
The intended use is a personal, low-volume application called SellerAI for analyzing photos of my own second-hand items and preparing marketplace listings.
I would like to remain on the Free Tier and I am not requesting a paid-tier upgrade.
Could you please manually review whether the project/account was restricted by an automated verification or risk-control system and restore Gemini API access if this restriction was applied in error?
