Hello, my account has been restricted with the “Billing Tier: Unavailable” status on the free tier. I am an individual developer, my account has 2-Step Verification turned on, and I am not using a corporate Workspace account. Could someone please manually review and restore free tier access for my projects. **Project ID:** `novo-projeto-50940..` and gen-lang-client-03667973.. ---

Hello @Hugobare , Getting a 403 API error response and / or seeing “Unavailable” next to your project in AI audio indicates a flag has been placed on your account. To proceed: If you’re on the free tier with no billing attached, please try the below steps: 1. Check Model Availability & Rate Limits: 2. Ensure you have completed age verification by navigating to [Google Account Age Verification](https://myaccount.google.com/age-verification) and verifying date of birth in [Google Account Personal Info](https://myaccount.google.com/personal-info). 3. Complete[Phone Verification](https://myaccount.google.com/phone) and turn on[2-Step Verification (2SV)](https://myaccount.google.com/signinoptions/twosv) on the Google Account associated with your project. 4. Once age, phone and 2sv are configured, retry your request or create a new API key in[Google AI Studio](https://aistudio.google.com/). 5. If completing these steps still does not restore access (or if using a model requiring a paid tier), you might want to consider adding prepayment credits directly in[Google AI Studio](https://aistudio.google.com/) and/ or attaching a Google Cloud Billing account in the[Google Cloud Console](https://console.cloud.google.com/billing). Thank you for the response. I have already completed the recommended steps: • I am over 18 and my date of birth is correctly configured on my Google Account • My phone number is verified • 2-Step Verification is enabled • I am using a personal Google account, not a Workspace account • I created new API keys and tested again Unfortunately, the projects still show **Billing Tier: Unavailable** , and the restriction remains. I would like to continue using the Gemini API Free Tier and do not want to enable paid billing at this time. Could someone please manually review the restriction on my account/projects and confirm whether they were flagged by an automated security check?
