Request for manual review: 403 PERMISSION_DENIED and Free Tier restricted

Hello Google AI Developer team,

I’m requesting a manual review of the Free Tier restriction on my Google AI Studio project.

Project name: Gemini-TTS-Free
Project ID: gemini-tts-free-50991..

Google AI Studio shows the project as “Restricted” and the billing tier as “Unavailable.” Gemini API requests return:

403 PERMISSION_DENIED
“Your project has been denied access.”

This project is used only for legitimate personal testing of the Gemini text-to-speech API. I have not intentionally violated any usage or abuse policy.

Google Cloud Billing Support reviewed the issue and advised me that the restriction appears to have been applied automatically by Trust & Safety or anti-abuse systems. They directed me to this forum to request a manual review.

I have completed Google account identity verification and I am not using a VPN or proxy for API requests. Could an engineer please review the project’s Free Tier eligibility and restore access if possible?
