# Request for Free Tier review — Gemini API project Restricted

Hello Google Gemini API Team,

My Google AI Studio project is showing:

**Billing Tier: Unavailable**  
**Status: Restricted**

Gemini API `generateContent` requests return:

`403 PERMISSION_DENIED: Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.`

I would like to use the **Free Tier** and do not want to enable billing.

My intended use is a low-volume educational hygiene and sanitation assistant for an NYSC Community Development Service project. The Gemini API is called server-side through a Cloudflare Worker, and the API key is stored securely as a server secret.

I have completed the required account verification steps and would like to request a review of the project’s Free Tier API access.

Please let me know what requirement is causing the restriction and whether Free Tier access can be restored.
