Hi, requesting Model Garden allowlist access for claude-opus-5 on Anthropic’s Vertex AI publisher model.

▎ - Region needed: us-east5
▎ - Current status: publisher model returns 404 (not found / not enabled for this project)
▎ - Use case: manual document-review reference pipeline (insurance certificate data extraction), using claude-sonnet-5 as primary reader today; opus-5 needed as a tie-breaker/arbiter model for disputed extractions between two independent readers
▎ - Already have working access to claude-sonnet-5 on this same project/region
