Refund request for unused ₹2,500 Gemini API Prepay balance

Hi Google AI team,

I recently enabled Gemini API Paid Tier 1 and was required to add ₹2,500 to my account as a Prepay balance.

The full ₹2,500 balance is currently unused. My billing page shows:

  • Billing plan: Prepay

  • Credit balance: ₹2,500

  • Added: August 20, 2026

  • Usage: ₹0

  • Auto-reload: currently enabled

I would like to request a refund of the unused ₹2,500 to my original payment method.

If a direct refund is not possible, could you please confirm whether my account is eligible to switch from Prepay to Postpay and have the unused prepaid balance refunded?

I have not used any of the prepaid credits.
