Refund request for prepaid credits (barely used)

Hello Google Support,

I would like to request a refund for prepaid credits I purchased for the Gemini API in AI Studio. The credits are barely used (spent only a small amount on failed test API calls that returned errors, no successful images were ever generated).

Purchase Date: August 31, 2026
Amount: THB 400.00
Reason: The image generation feature I intended to use is not viable for my use case, and I no longer need these credits.
