I need someone to look into my account immediately because this is completely ridiculous.
I’m a paying Pro user. Usually, my refresh cycle resets every 5 hours, which works fine for my workflow. But out of nowhere today, it suddenly jumped to over 4 DAYS.
A 4-day lockout isn’t a minor tweak—it completely freezes my development environment and makes the service I am literally paying for completely useless.
What’s most infuriating is the total lack of transparency around quotas. You guys don’t provide any clear metrics or dashboards to show how much resource we’ve used. We’re left completely in the dark, with zero warnings, until we suddenly get “punished” with a multi-day restriction for crossing some invisible line. This is a terrible way to treat premium customers.
If I’m paying for a Pro tier, I have a right to know exactly what my limits are in real-time, not get hit with arbitrary, heavy-handed penalties that wreck my daily work.
I need three things fixed ASAP:
Reset my account’s refresh cycle back to standard.
Tell me exactly what triggered this ridiculous 4-day restriction.
Give me clear, explicit numbers on what the actual Pro limits are.
If Antigravity can’t offer a predictable service with transparent rules, I’ll gladly take my money elsewhere and switch to another service provider that actually respects my money.
Across all these “I hit the quota limit too fast, Antigravity …” threads, I keep noticing a persistent pattern:
People complain (often rightfully) that their development workflow is disrupted, but in most posts there’s almost no detail about how they actually work. And that matters a lot, because your workflow is exactly what determines how fast you burn through model quota.
I also know the difference between how Antigravity felt before version 2.0 and how it feels today. I’m not willing to jump to the Ultra 1 plan either, and I’d honestly prefer a “Pro 2” tier that is explicitly tailored to developers’ needs.
Unfortunately, reality is different. I regret that — no question — and I find sudden changes incredibly difficult. My neurodivergent mind needs certainty and structure. The status quo is this: if an LLM provider isn’t able to deliver what I need — whether it may be of philosophical or economical reason — I expand my toolkit with one or more LLM providers.
A hybrid approach is the future. With the high energy demand of large models, the trend will move toward powerful local AI that runs fully on‑device and only “phones home” to the cloud briefly for updates.
I don’t know how the more critical voices here are adapting in practice. I can only share what’s working for me right now: as a Google AI Pro user combined with Ollama Pro (via the Zoo Code extension), I’ve gone almost a full week without hitting any weekly limit lockouts. I don’t automate everything to death — I follow a tedious but reliable step‑by‑step approach, which is recommended anyway if you want full control and want to avoid code regressions.
For me, Antigravity is not a “genie in a bottle”, but a gateway to AI agents that I orchestrate and supervise from within my code editor. The current system will look like the Stone Age soon anyway — and it’s far too expensive for what it is. Local + BCI is where the future is heading, and I’m genuinely excited about the gradual fusion with AI.
Honestly if you are a person who needs like daily daily such tools , you shouldn’t relay on the Antigravity, you should be use it for reviews or writings and like planning instead just using seamlessly for coding!
Antigravity is more famous for frustrations so my saying try using open code if you are comfortable for cli based agents it would be much faster and you could build your own frameworks!
