Re name Screen/page name from default name . export to MD file?

How do I export my works to MD file? Actually I have put some logic in my project which I want to export – How to do that ?
One more thing - how do I rename the screen ? It take default name which cant be renamed .
How to do it ?

How to set global rule for a project
say I want to put logo in every page I create , is there any way where I can put that instruction to add logo to every page created for that project ?
