Rate limits not reset

Hello,

I am using Gemini API to communicate with my customers and I have Tire 1 but still it not enough. I have sent request with Google shit which is in documentations but no answer from there.

It might have been enough to have Tire 1, but the limits are not resetting, the RPM and RPD limits on one project have been filled for 1 month already.

What to do?

And no one to help, No support, no community. No one give answer. Even increse Tire limits

I’m using Tier 1 plan pay-as-you-go but the limit is still bugging out. I can’t use the model and my project is delayed because of this!
