Quota shared/exhausted across two separate Google accounts (Pro plan) when switching accounts in Antigravity

I have two separate Google accounts, both part of the same Google Family group, and both subscribed to the Antigravity Pro plan individually.

The issue:

  • When I exhaust the usage quota on Account A, I switch to Account B (a completely separate account, also on Pro).
  • I expect Account B to have its own independent quota, since it’s a separate paid subscription.
  • However, Antigravity shows that Account B’s quota is also exhausted, even though I haven’t used it during this cycle.

Questions:

  1. Are quotas somehow being shared or linked across accounts because they belong to the same Google Family group?
  2. Is this a known bug, or is this expected/intended behavior?
  3. If quotas are meant to be fully independent per Pro subscription, how can this be resolved?

Any clarification on how quota allocation works across multiple accounts under one Family group would be appreciated.

Google Family groups share a single pool of model quota across all members. Even if both accounts pay for separate Pro subscriptions, the quota does not stack—it remains a single shared quota. So if you use it up on Account A, Account B’s quota is also depleted. To have truly independent quotas, the accounts must not be in the same Family group.

Here’s what happens under Google Family sharing:

  • Quotas do not stack (paying for 2 Pro subscriptions still gives only 1 shared pool).

  • If Account A exhausts the quota, Account B will also be depleted.

  • To get independent quotas, you must remove one of the accounts from the Family group.
