QUOTA_EXCEEDED in Gemini Batch API

I have a Tier 3 project, and currently there 0 batches on pending.
When i try to import a new batch i get this error.

Anyone else with the same issue? It was working fine for 10 days continuously. I changed nothing on my end, and i can not add a new batch today.

I’m having existing batches go past 38 hours on pending so I think there is an issue on Google’s end, this happens every other week or so especially after a new model release, it’s become quite annoying honestly.

Yes this issue came exactly right after this. I had few batches for more than 24hours. Then i couldn’t upload any new batch from that time, although i cancelled all active jobs and deleted all files in the gemini api as well.
