Purchased €10 prepaid credits but AI Studio still shows "No credits"

Hello,

Today I purchased €10 of prepaid AI credits for Google AI Studio.

The payment was successful, and my billing page shows a prepaid balance of €10.

However, my AI Studio project still shows “No credits”, and every Veo generation fails with the following error:

“Your prepayment credits are depleted.”

I have not generated a single video yet.

My AI Studio Projects page shows “No credits”, while my Billing page clearly shows a prepaid balance of €10.

Could someone please help me determine why my prepaid credits are not available to my project?

Could you please confirm if you are still experiencing this issue or if your credits are now showing up in Google AI Studio?
Can you share billing account ID in DM?
