Projects not loading and "Failed to create project" error — is this a known outage?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using Stitch and for the past few days I’m running into two problems:

  1. My projects list is empty. When I open the dashboard, none of my previous projects show up. However, I still have direct links to some of them.

  2. I can’t create new projects. Every time I try, I get the error “Failed to create project, please try again later.”

I’ve already tried the usual troubleshooting:

  • different browsers (Chrome, Edge)

  • incognito mode

  • different networks (Wi-Fi and mobile data)

Nothing helped. The behavior is identical across all of them.

Could someone from the team please confirm whether this is a known outage on your side, and whether the existing projects are safe? I urgently need to access one of my projects and I’m not sure if I should keep waiting or if the data is lost.
