# Problems in firebase studio with gemini

when developing a project in firebase studio via AI. this is where you enter the prompt "Prototype an app with AI  
" after a while it started to give out “Sorry, I hit a snag. Please try again shortly or modify your prompt.

Hi @user2182 ,  
This error means your prompt or input context is too long.It exceeds the Gemini model’s token limit (~1 million tokens). You can’t increase this limit, but you can fix it by simplifying or resetting your app prompt.

I guess I had faced this same instance and was only able to resolve by starting a new chat. However old chat had ended without any further questions. Hope this help your build to continue
