I have an active 18-month Google Pro subscription provided through Jio on this account, but my account is not receiving the expected Pro tier features across developer tools.
Specifically:
- My Pro status is not being reflected/recognized in Google AI Studio.
- I am unable to access or use Anti-gravity features.
Other users with the exact same 18-month Jio offer/plan currently have these features enabled without any issues on their accounts.
I have already tried:
- Logging out and logging back in.
- Clearing browser cache and cookies.
- Checking my active plan under account subscription settings (which confirms Pro is active via Jio).
Could someone please help look into why these Pro tier entitlements are missing on my account, or how I can get them synced correctly?

- A screenshot of the Antigravity Desktop App showing your status as ‘Starter Quota’
- A screenshot of the CLI error message (Eligibility check failed) you receive after logging in
- What specific OS and Antigravity version you are currently using

My account is stuck on ‘Starter Quota’ rather than recognizing my active Google Pro entitlement. As a result, I am unable to access higher model limits (like Gemini Pro / Claude reasoning tiers) or use the full Pro quota within the IDE context.
