[Pro Subscriber] Stuck in "Verification Required" / challenge/iap/error Loop on Antigravity 2.0

Hello Antigravity Engineering Team,

I am an active paid subscriber of Google One AI Pro, but I am completely blocked from using Antigravity 2.0 due to an unresolved verification loop.

1. Account & Subscription

  • Account: zx…@gmail.com (Happy to provide the full email address via Private Message/DM)
  • Plan: Google One AI Pro (Active and in good standing)

2. Error Symptoms & Environment

  • Client Error: “Error Verification Required”
  • Error ID: 391b0482-47ba-446e-a414-63c542256c0a-372
  • Banner Message: “Please verify your account to continue using Antigravity.”
  • Browser Redirect URL: https://accounts.google.com/v3/signin/challenge/iap/error
  • Browser Message: “We couldn’t verify your info / Something went wrong and we couldn’t verify your info.”

3. Verification Status Already Completed

  • My account age is verified (18+ confirmed).
  • 2-Step Verification and mobile phone are active and verified.
  • The QR challenge was scanned on my mobile device and confirmed, but the desktop callback terminates at challenge/iap/error without providing any alternative verification method (no “Try another way” option).
  • Secondary accounts on the same computer work normally, confirming this is an account-level entitlement/IAP block on the backend.

4. Request

Could you please inspect my account’s OAuth entitlement on the Antigravity backend and manually reset/unblock the antigravity_entitled verification flag?

This message comes from a Google Account security check, not from your AI Pro subscription. Antigravity asks some accounts to confirm their identity, and the “We couldn’t verify your info” page is Google Accounts saying the check didn’t go through. It isn’t something we can switch off on our side, but the steps below usually fix it:

  1. Open a new Incognito window, or a new Chrome profile, and sign in with only your zx…@gmail.com account. Having several Google accounts signed in at once often breaks this check.
  2. Click “Verify your account” in Antigravity 2.0 again, copy the link and open it in that clean window. Older links can expire.
  3. Turn off any VPN or proxy, and use a network you normally use with this account.
  4. Check your account first. At https://myaccount.google.com/security, confirm any recent sign-ins with “Yes, it was me” and make sure your recovery phone and email are correct.
  5. If it still fails, wait 24 hours before trying again. Repeated attempts in a short time can make the check stricter.
