Title: BUG: Pro Plan (Feb Subscribed) - Claude/GPT locked for 91 hours at 40%

Body:
**I just subscribed to the Google AI Pro plan this month, but my Claude Opus and GPT-OSS models are locked with a 91+ hour cooldown (showing 40% remaining), completely ignoring the advertised 5-hour reset.

Meanwhile, Gemini models correctly show a 5-hour reset (see the attached screenshot).

Since new users can only attach one image, here is my system and billing info:

  • Plan: Google AI Pro (Subscribed in Feb 2026)
  • Antigravity Version:** 1.18.4**
  • OS: Windows 11

This is blocking my work. Please fix this account restriction or clarify if the 5-hour reset no longer applies to third-party models for new Pro subscribers.**

As we balance giving the best possible quotas and maintaining fairness between users, especially under incredible demand, we’ve established weekly limits for all models. These limits do not apply to Google AI Ultra, which continues to be the best plan for power developers!
