Hello,

I have been developing my existing BidNexa application in Google AI Studio for several days. Firebase Authentication token refresh is failing because `securetoken.googleapis.com` is disabled.

When I try to enable the API, I receive:

- `SERVICE_DISABLED`

- Missing permission: `serviceusage.services.enable`

- When trying to edit IAM, missing permission: `resourcemanager.projects.setIamPolicy`

**Project ID:** `splendid-ratio-9bc..

I cannot enable the API or grant myself the required permissions. I need help understanding how to restore access to this existing project without losing my Firebase Authentication users, Firestore data, or application configuration.

Could someone explain the correct authorized recovery process for an AI Studio-created Firebase project?

I do not want to delete or recreate the project, migrate production data, or enable billing just to troubleshoot this issue.
