Persistent “Permission Denied / Internal Error” on mobile with screen reader and keyboard
Hi Google AI Studio Team,
I am experiencing a persistent error where Google AI Studio completely fails to respond. Every time I try to type a prompt, it returns the following messages:
"Failed to generate content: permission denied. Please try again."
"An internal error has occurred."
My Setup:
I am accessing Google AI Studio on a mobile device.
I rely on a screen reader (TalkBack/VoiceOver) for navigation.
I use a physical/virtual keyboard interface for text input.
Steps I have already tried (which did not fix the issue):
Cleared all browser storage and site data.
Attempted access via Incognito/Private mode.
Verified my Google Account age/birthday settings are fully updated.
Verified the issue happens even on completely fresh, blank chat sessions.
Because this error persists across all standard troubleshooting steps, I suspect there may be a technical conflict between the web interface’s form submission scripts and mobile accessibility/keyboard overlays.
Could the engineering or accessibility team look into whether security tokens or submission actions are being corrupted or double-submitted when interacting with mobile screen reader focus?
