Hello Antigravity team,

I am requesting help with a persistent account-level Terms of Service suspension reported by the official `@google/gemini-cli`.

Google OAuth authentication succeeds, but the CLI then displays **Error: Account Suspended** and says the service was disabled for a Terms of Service violation. The backend response is HTTP 403 `PERMISSION_DENIED`, reason `TOS_VIOLATION`, from `cloudcode-pa.googleapis.com`.

I have already submitted the appeal form linked directly by the official CLI multiple times. The latest submission, on September 29, 2026, confirmed: “Thanks. We will review your submission within 24 - 72 hours.” I have stopped the third-party OAuth usage and removed the relevant connections. I understand the policy and will use supported authentication methods going forward.

Google One Support could not check the appeal status, and Google Developer Profile Support confirmed that the issue is outside its scope. I have also sent a follow-up with the official CLI screenshot to `gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com`.

Related technical report: [Appeal submitted but TOS\_VIOLATION suspension persists (request for private follow-up) · Issue #29576 · google-gemini/gemini-cli · GitHub](https://github.com/google-gemini/gemini-cli/issues/29576)

The reinstatement announcement at [Addressing Antigravity Bans & Reinstating Access · google-gemini/gemini-cli · Discussion #20632 · GitHub](https://github.com/google-gemini/gemini-cli/discussions/20632) describes a periodic automated sync after recertification. Could a team member please help confirm privately:

1. Whether my appeal was received and processed;
2. Whether reinstatement is waiting on a sync or another account-level restriction;
3. Whether the account has been classified as a second violation/permanent suspension, or is still eligible for review;
4. Which secure channel I should use to provide the affected account details.

I understand that consumer access to the legacy Gemini CLI ended on June 18, 2026. This request concerns the separate explicit `TOS_VIOLATION` suspension state, rather than consumer entitlement.

I can provide the affected email address, screenshot, and support case references privately to verified staff. I have omitted personal account details from this public post.

Thank you.
