Hello,
My Google Antigravity account was permanently banned, and the same thing happened on two different Google accounts.
To clarify the situation:
-
I have an older Google account that I have used for many years.
-
I also created a second Google account a few weeks ago specifically to manage AI-related tools and services.
I signed up for Antigravity using the newer account and used Antigravity Desktop locally on my PC to modify files for my own project. I did not perform any automated abuse, scraping, or external API calls.
One thing that might be relevant: when I clicked the Upgrade button in Antigravity Desktop, a Chrome payment window opened. At that time, multiple Google accounts were logged into Chrome, and the payment was processed under my older account instead of the account that was actually using Antigravity.
Since I still needed Antigravity for my project, I continued using the newer account that had originally signed up for Antigravity and subscribed to the paid plan.
After this, the Antigravity account became permanently banned, which meant I could no longer access or use the service.
Could a mismatch between the Antigravity account and the Google payment account trigger a permanent ban?
If this was triggered by a policy or system flag, I would appreciate guidance so I can correct my setup.
Also, I noticed that other Google services on my account (such as AI Studio project keys, email, and Google One) are still active and working normally.
Does this mean that the restriction is specific only to Antigravity?
Before attempting to sign up again with another work email, I would like to understand whether that would be allowed or if it could trigger another automatic ban.
I would really appreciate understanding the reason so I can avoid similar issues in the future.
Thank you.
