Hi everyone
We are seeing performance degradation every day at 7am SAST. We have checked and it all comes down to text-embedding-004 api calls slowing down. Is there a maintenance window or something that we do not know about? It goes up from 12ms up to 45 seconds. Tested with the same data in off peak times and on peak times.
