Dear Google AI / Veo Team,
I truly appreciate the incredible work you’ve done with Veo. The video generation quality is excellent and I would be happy to pay for continued use. However, I’ve found the current payment process quite complicated and not user-friendly.
At the moment, I have to go through my Google Account’s billing system, create a project, generate API keys, and link credit card information to a Google Cloud billing account — which feels unnecessarily complex for individual creators like myself.
I would love to see a simpler and more direct payment method, similar to regular app subscriptions or pay-per-use models (for example, paying directly via credit card or Apple Pay/Google Pay without setting up a Cloud project).
In addition, the billing dashboard on Google Cloud has too many technical menus that can be confusing for non-developer users. A clean, intuitive, and straightforward payment interface would make Veo much more accessible and enjoyable to use.
I’m very willing to pay for the service — I just hope the payment system can be simplified for individual users.
