Hi everyone and Google Team, I am posting here because I am completely locked out of my account due to an aggressive automated false positive, and I am caught in a support loop (even the Issue Tracker denies me permission to open a ticket). What happened: I am a paying user. My account was suddenly suspended right after I prompted the AI to read and analyze the privacy policy text of an external website (thomann. de). I was doing this as standard research for a web development project I am working on. The automated system flagged this as a violation of the Terms of Service (suspected third-party tools/resale), which is entirely a false positive. The Support Loop: * I submitted the official Appeal Form two weeks ago and again today, but I received no human response. * Google One support confirmed they don’t have backend access to resolve developer/Cloud platform suspensions. I am currently paying for a service I cannot use. Could a community manager or an engineer please flag this internally for a manual review? I am fully available to provide any details. * Affected tools: Google Antigravity, Gemini CLI * My account email: p....@gmail.com Thank you so much for your help.
I was just charged for a service I cannot use.
It has been several days since my initial post and weeks since my first appeal, and my issue is still being completely ignored by support.
To add insult to injury, my credit card was just successfully charged for my monthly subscription fee today. Your automated systems are perfectly capable of taking my money, but apparently, no human is available to review a blatant false-positive suspension.
As a reminder, I am completely locked out of Antigravity and Gemini CLI simply because I used the AI to analyze a privacy policy for web development—a standard, legitimate use case.
Taking a paying customer’s money while actively denying them access to the product and ignoring their support requests is completely unacceptable and borders on a breach of consumer rights.
If this suspension is not manually reviewed and lifted immediately, I will have no choice but to initiate a formal chargeback with my bank for “services not provided” and escalate this through legal consumer protection channels.
Is there any Community Manager or DevRel engineer who can finally escalate this to a human being?
