Hi,
I’ve been unable to use the Gemini API for 4+ days despite being on Paid Tier 2.
Error:
- quota_location: asia-east1
- quota_limit_value: 0
- quota_limit: ApiRequestsPerMinutePerProjectPerRegion
- status: RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED
Details:
- Project: gen-lang-client-0162076..
- Billing page: Paid Tier 2 confirmed
- May 1 payment: ₩40,477 successful
- Tried new project + new API key: same issue
- All regions show value: 0 in Cloud Console quotas page
This is clearly a backend issue as quota cannot be modified
(Cloud Console shows “0 to 0” range).
Please restore Tier 2 quota for this billing account.
