I have the same issue, today the restrictions on the Claude model, which was limited for 3 days, were lifted and I used 100 to 40 percent, but after the reallocation standard of 5 hours, the ban limit was increased to 7 days after the quota was given to 60 percent..
The point is that after 5 hours, I gave 20% quota without 100% quota, and then I put a 7 day limit on the Claude model..
I have to hold out for 7 days with 60% quota.. not 5 hours, not reset to 100%, I got 20% quota..
I think this is meant to be.. I have to struggle with the gemini model, Iβve been reading posts on anti-gravity forums these days, and Google seems to be keeping silent on this, itβs sad.
Indeed. I assume that team Google are about to launch something so that either ties up their engineers, and/or they will present such a thingie as a solution to our issues, which seem very widespread.
I canβt believe they are not reading these threads from otherwise loyal customers and looking for a solution or buying more capacity (somehow), as this is really a bad advert for them.
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
As we balance giving the best possible quotas and maintaining fairness between users, especially under incredible demand, weβve established weekly limits for all models. These limits do not apply to Google AI Ultra, which continues to be the best plan for power developers! See Google Antigravity for the latest.
Ok Iβve talked to at least 10 Ultra users and they say they are getting lockouts and bans too - I was going to move my whole team (almost 30 devs to ultra but not now) you really need to add API support so we can use the IDE yet with our own API payments and accounts - it would be great if you could create a direct and seamless tie into GCP and Vertex AI Studio - that would be brilliant - you guys have so many great tools that donβt talk with each other - itβs really quite a mess.
Think of it, like a major airport emergency or a wave of sudden flight cancellations. Everyone understands that unforeseen events and operational difficulties happen. What truly frustrates customers, however, is not the disruption itself, but the lack of clear, timely, and empathetic communicationβand that is precisely the situation we find ourselves in now.
To put it simply, a candid acknowledgement from Google would have been largely sufficient.
For instance, a clear message stating: βWe apologize, but we have significantly underestimated the demand and are experiencing real growing pains. Therefore, we must adjust quotas temporarily. We plan to make it up to our subscribers later, thank you for your patience, and here are some complimentary Claude credits to bridge the gap,β that would have largely de-escalated the situation.
In short, the current lack of communication is proving to be the most significant irritant.
Us, users, are invested and committed customers who genuinely want to continue using your products and services. Just be nicer to the people who are already paying you
Take care, Brian
PS: any chance of me getting to use ClaudeAI models before the 90+ hours expire?
So now the solution would be to go to Ultra? How can we know that the rules will stay as advertised there? Iβm on PRO and this changing rules experience is not that reassuring.
