Here is a screenshot confirming that the private message was sent. The request has been made, and the platform cannot deny that I sent it. I saved the entire message in HTML format and archived it, along with multiple screenshots. If no reply is received, the lack of response will also be documented and included as evidence in the legal procedure.
Update: I sent the developer another question. If he doesn’t reply to this one either, then it’s a clear admission — because it means I’m right.
I saved the entire message exchange as both HTML and PDF, so the delivery of the message is fully proven — including the fact that Guillaume Vernade received it.

IF you start a legal procedure, be sure to contact the European Commission. You can point to threads i previously posted in, to show they also engaged in misleading advertisements, and advertised those in europe NL/BE/LUX.
The European Commission does not take legal action against private companies based on individual user complaints, unfortunately.
