Nov 13 - Getting An internal error has occurred

We have a fairly complex prompt around a youtube video. This was working great (amazingly!) for several different videos (2 days ago) and then suddenly all we see is this error. We tried a new API key, making sure billing was connected correctly, trying in incognito, changing models and nothing has worked. We submitted to feedback, but I have no idea if they will tell us anything.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? This is really frustrating as this is a great tool that we use in our operations now (except not now!)
