Hi,
I’m trying to deploy an app from Google AI Studio Build Mode using a personal Gmail account.
According to the documentation, eligible users should be able to use Google Cloud Starter Tier and publish up to two apps without setting up Cloud Billing.
However, even with:
- a brand new personal Gmail account,
- no Google Cloud Billing account,
- no previous billing history,
- and a simple test app,
clicking Publish immediately asks me to set up Cloud Billing instead of offering Starter Tier.
My location is New Delhi, India.
Is Starter Tier currently available in India? If so, why isn’t it being offered to my account?
