I am in the same boat with one of my projects that was suspended because it is associated with abusive activity consistent with hijacking. Suggestions on the suspension on rotating keys which I did but the project page it totally unavailable with no way of getting the project published or even trying to fix anything else. Silence from Google just the standard auto mail about getting back in 24 hours which does not happen.
Is there anyone from Google on the community that can help please.
