In a conversation with Google Gemini, I developed a methodology with it that can help Gemini, during a text editing process, to acquire, or at least approach, the user’s style during a learning process.
My fundamental problem was that it prepares my sentences too “smoothly” if text needs to be reworked and takes away its unique characteristics, so I cannot use it later anymore.
The Flash Thinking Model proved to be the most effective in this.
The methodology. I talk to it and describe, outline approximately what my style is like.
Then I select a sentence that it wrote, I rewrite it into a txt file in my own style, but I do not put it in the chat window.
But before that, I ask it to write the sample sentence, to try to adjust it to my style characteristics. It does so.
After that, I already show it how I rewrote the sample sentence.
We analyze the similarities and differences at this point.
Then it improves by 5%. We talk a little and try again with the same methodology. I write it, I do not show the rewriting of the sample sentence, it also gives a rewrite, then I show it to it and we compare. We talk about it a little, and at the very end, we try with larger materials, with 4-5 sentences, even 20 sentences, and in this way, we can get up to 40-70%, which is a great result.
If such a new function were to be introduced and it would be possible to allow style copying, style teaching in Gmail or chat, it would be a great help for the future in order that many blogs, many professional materials, are not “smooth”, but preserve the unique characteristics of the user.
