My existing projects disappeared from the dashboard

I am experiencing the same issue with Google Stitch.

My existing projects disappeared from the dashboard, and I cannot create a new project. When I try to create one, it shows: “Failed to create project. Please try again later.”

I have tried logging out and back in, refreshing the page, and using another browser, but the issue still exists.

Please help check my account/project workspace.

Hey @AJ_Bullock! Just wanted to let you know we’re actively working on this bug right now. :hammer_and_wrench: To help us pinpoint what’s going wrong, could you check a few quick things on your end?

  • Are you using a VPN or traveling? If you’re accessing Stitch from an unsupported country or have a VPN running, the system can get a bit confused about your location and might automatically lock the session out for safety.
  • Is your internet acting up? It might be worth double-checking if your connection is keeping a steady signal or dropping out, as unstable networks can cause this exact freeze.
  • Not on Chrome? If you’re using a different browser, make sure you’ve enabled third-party cookies in your settings so the site has permission to load everything properly.
