My app isn’t loading in AI Studio. I was able to access it normally yesterday, but today it won’t load. It shows errors such as: “An internal error occurred” and “Failed to load app.” When I try to restore a backup to a previous version, it also shows an error: “An internal error occurred.” How can I resolve this?

Been freaking out all morning thinking my source code was broken from when I ran out of AI Studio Limits yesterday. Ive been trying everything. I remixed the app and extracted the source code into a .zip file and was gonna put that in GitHub and try to figure out how to use Anti-Gravity or Codex 5.6 to figure out whats broken, but it looks like its a Google backend problem if y’all are having the same problem. Really sucks. I was on a roll last night busting out new features on my app…
I’m in the same boat and, after consulting Gemini, this is what it told me. Worrying, and I imagine Google must be resolving this ASAP; they can’t just give us a tool and then take it away without prior warning or a solution.

I hope they fix this quickly. its screwed me over too Oscar. All my Ai’s are telling me to do is export the Apps into a .Zip File and put it as a repository on GitHub and try to rebuild them in Google AntiGravity, Curser ot Codex. That would be days of work and tons of Token and Limit usage to try to do that to my app. This is a nightmare. I hope they can fix it today. If not im going to have to learn Antigravity to rebuild the app, which is a much steeper learning curve than AI Studio and burns through limits faster.

For those who are currently stuck on the infinite “Loading your app / Enjoy these tips while you wait” screen or getting “Failed to restore” errors: it is a platform-wide issue.
It looks like Google is updating their internal infrastructure and server stacks right now, causing the database communication with our project snapshots to drop globally. Users from multiple regions are reporting the exact same behavior today.
There is nothing wrong with your code or local environment. The engineering team is likely deploying patches or rolling back the updates, so all we can do right now is wait for the server routes to restabilize.
If you are on a tight deadline, the quickest workaround is to move your clean code (App.tsx, index.css, index.html) over to a local editor like VS Code and spin up your local server (npm run dev) or use a sandbox like CodePen until Google brings the AI Studio preview environment back online.
