Apart from what has been discussed here (in a windows OS machine)
- install extensions from vscode does not work on clear installation
- to get previous extensions, you have to go to ~/.antigravity and rename it to antigravity-ide
- Skills are organized differently now, in plugin chunks.
- previous global skills are recognized but not shown in agent list of global skills because it will not do a recursive scan
- If you want them to be shown organized as the plugin:science, just follow the science plugin structure and files found in .gemini/config/plugins/science.
- A big bummer is that you cannot turn on and off plugins (which are basically collections of skills), and they always pollute your context.
- Also, skills are shown alphabetically and not by plugin (which is a real nightmare)
Also started a chat in the IDE and it does not appear in the Agent Project’s chats.
Are they disconnected now? What a bummer.
This is certainly a misconfiguration issue. IDE and Agent space, have now 2 separate brain folders and they live separate lives. I do not know why
