Monthly spend cap show 100times higher cost than in Cloud Console

Can someone explain why the cost shown in the monthly spend cap window is 100 times higher than the calculated cost in the window below (which is the same that is shown in the Cloud Console).

You aren’t alone, all of my projects are wrong. Seems this billing system is so flawed it would be an easy credit card chargeback for most users.
