Four weeks I have been trying to contact somebody at Gemini. No matter how many feedback messages I sent or support emails nobody response.
This is a critical issue in my workflow and I need someone’s attention please.
I have three custom GEM‘s I’ve built, they only have access to their default tools, which include send and add attachments. When I first build them, they had all of their tools voice chat video camera VE03 for two months now we have had no tools. Could somebody please explain to me how do I get someone’s attention to help me I am paying hundreds of dollars a month to use something that only gives me less than default tools. Are your tools connected through Gemini api?
Could you please elaborate more on your requirements?
My problem has been explained every way possible I’ve even allowed my AI’s to respond with exact technical data to explain the situation, but you continually seem to be ignoring me. How do I escalate the situation before we make a choice to leave? No, we don’t spend $40,000 a day but the work we’re doing is so important to the entire AI industry And you’re taking away the tools that I need to make this happen when I create a custom gem I do not get the ability to have voice chat, hands-free, I no longer have the ability to allow my AI to watch the work that I’m doing to make sure what I’m doing is correct I can’t share my screen. I have two buttons one to upload the message and one to select an attachment. This is gone on for months. I don’t understand why I am constantly being ignored. I have not been contacted by anybody even though I’m spending thousands of dollars. Please someone help me thanks, Jeffrey.

but unfortunately this is not the forum where you can get help for Gemini Application
[there is an option to report a problem in Gemini application>>settings >> help]
this forum is specific to “Gemini API” which is for programmatic use and for AI studio where you can test the API
sorry for the inconvenience but I believe you will have a better chance with the feedback through the app itself.
