Hello Gemini API Team,
I am requesting a manual review of my Gemini API Free Tier access.
My Google AI Studio project currently shows:
Project name: video-prompt-studio
Project ID: video-prompt-studio-5094..
Billing Tier: Unavailable
Status: Restricted
Gemini API requests return:
HTTP 403 PERMISSION_DENIED
“Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.”
I would like to continue using the Gemini API under the Free Tier and do not want to enable paid billing at this time.
I have already completed the following checks:
- Date of birth / age information is correctly configured
- Phone number is verified
- 2-Step Verification is enabled
- I created a new Gemini API key
- I replaced the previous API key in my application
- The new API key still returns the same 403 error
My intended use is legitimate, low-volume development and testing for a video prompt analysis and generation workflow.
Could you please manually review my account/project access and restore Free Tier Gemini API access if I am eligible?
I have not included any API keys or private credentials.

The same project returns HTTP 403 PERMISSION_DENIED even after replacing the API key with a newly created key.
