429 prepayment credits depleted / banner says balance \> $0 required, but Credit balance shows NT$400.  
Billing Account ID: `01447D-E137BD-2B87..  
Projects: My Project, Gemini Project  
Please manual billing sync.

- Ensure that your spends are not exceeding the [https://aistudio.google.com/spend](https://aistudio.google.com/spend)

- Ensure that you have positive balance in [https://aistudio.google.com/billing](https://aistudio.google.com/billing) and if you do, please share a screenshot with us along with your Project number/ billing account id for further deep dive
