Manual billing sync request: prepayment credits depleted (429) despite funded account

Hello Google AI Developers Team,

I am experiencing a billing synchronization issue between Google Cloud Billing and AI Studio. I have successfully made a prepayment of 500 TRY (approximately $15 USD) to my Google Cloud Billing account, and the transaction appears correctly in my Cloud Billing history. However, when I try to use the Gemini API via AI Studio, I receive the following error:

  • Google Cloud Project ID: circular-music-477604-..

  • Billing Account ID: 01FE04-E25572-0ED5..

  • Payment Date: July 18, 2026

  • Payment Amount: 500 TRY

It seems that my Cloud Billing balance is not being reflected in the AI Studio prepay wallet, and this is blocking my API access. I kindly request a manual synchronization of my billing account or any guidance on how to resolve this issue.
