# Manual billing sync request — ₹1,000 Prepay balance funded, stuck on Free Trial / Setup Incomplete

Hi Gemini API Billing Team,

My Gemini API project is stuck in the Prepay / Free Trial synchronization bug. I have already added ₹1,000 to my Prepay - AI Studio balance (last ₹500 added on Oct 8, 2026), and it shows ₹1,000.00 available in Cloud Billing.

However:

- AI Studio is stuck on the “Free” tier and shows “Setup incomplete: To finish setting up Google Cloud billing account, please make a prepayment”.
- Cloud Billing still shows the banner “Your free trial requires a prepayment” even after 8 days.

Details:

- Project ID: gen-lang-client-094071661.. (Default Gemini Project)
- Billing Account ID: 014CA7-07C43B-4447..
- Funded Prepay Balance: ₹1,000.00

Could someone from the team please manually sync my Prepay balance and upgrade the project tier?
