Manual billing sync — 429 prepayment credits depleted despite funded Prepay balance

Requesting a manual billing sync.

Gemini API generateContent returns 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED:
“Your prepayment credits are depleted”

But AI Studio Billing shows a funded Prepay credit balance (₹2,500 added Aug 21, auto-reload On).
Yellow banner still says a credit balance above $0 is required to resume service.

Note: There is no manual billing sync process at our end.

The AIS prepaid wallet for billing account 016698-B37B73-56... is active, and project alphafol... has paid tier access. Prepayment funds added to your account have synchronized automatically.
