Lost nano banana account, Can't use google ai studio

I created a Nano Banana account awhile back when it was nanobanana.ai.I purchased some credits as well. At some point the changed the url to something else. I was fine with that site, my records of past creations were still there as well as my leftover credits. However, I cleared my history and now I cannot remember or find what that old url was. It was like imagecreator.something.

I was told to go through the google ai studio however that is not working for me. I’m not in my home country at the moment, and even though my current country is included in the compatible countries, and I have included my birthdate within my account, it is still immediately rerouting me to the terms of service page.

This is frustrating because I lost access to all my creations, and I still have credits that I paid for that I no longer have access to. Kind of feels like I got robbed.

Does anyone have any advice about what to do? I can’t seem to find any way to contact google about this.

No, it is still not working. I am still automatically rerouted to the terms of service page. https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/docs/available-regions

I also am unable to find the new url from the old nano banana site.

This redirect usually happens for two reasons: either your location is detected incorrectly or your account age isn’t verified.

Have you checked if your account is age-verified? You can check that status here: https://myaccount.google.com/age-verification.

I have verified my age, and I now have access to google ai studio. However, I still do not have access to the credits I purchased from nano banna. I also do not have access to any of my past creations. It seems like Google just rebranded nano banana, closed the site, and then did not refund me for any of the money I spent.

For past creations, Could you check the Projects section in the Google AI Studio sidebar to see if your work is stored under a different Project?
