The live mode currently only shares the Stitch website page. It would be useful if live mode allowed sharing screens from other tabs as well.

If you visit https://aistudio.google.com/live?model=gemini-3.1-flash-live-preview, you’ll find a “Share screen” feature that allows you to share your entire screen, a specific window, or any browser tab.
In Stitch, however, screen sharing is limited to the current tab where the project is open. This creates a constraint: if I want to share another website for design inspiration, or review a different page and discuss specific changes (e.g., pointing out elements I don’t like or want to modify), I’m unable to do so.
This broader screen-sharing capability available in AI Studio would significantly improve flexibility and interaction in Stitch.

Please note that screen sharing in Stitch is limited specifically to the Stitch canvas to ensure total focus on user inputs for that project. Sharing other tabs or windows will not affect the project changes. For references, you should upload an image directly, and for any other adjustments, you can use voice commands to provide further instructions.
